I led the organic social media strategy for 269Fest, a new month-long celebration of Kalamazoo (ending on the 269th day of the year). I developed the voice, content plan, and visuals for launch across Instagram and Facebook. The goal was to build awareness for a first-year festival and drive community participation in events and partnerships — without a paid media budget.
